Zásady ochrany súkromia

V skratke: CallGuard nemá prístup na internet. Všetky údaje, s ktorými pracuje, zostávajú vo vašom telefóne. Prevádzkovateľ aplikácie k nim nemá prístup a nikam sa neodosielajú.

1. Kto aplikáciu prevádzkuje

Prevádzkovateľom aplikácie CallGuard je DAKA Rental s. r. o., Cintorínska 333/1, 900 43 Hamuliakovo, IČO 54 130 549 (ďalej „my“). Aplikáciu vytvorila Cestovná kancelária DAKA. Identifikačné údaje nájdete v časti Prevádzkovateľ. Kontakt pre otázky súkromia: info@ckdaka.sk.

2. Aké údaje aplikácia používa

3. Oprávnenia a prečo ich aplikácia žiada

• Kontrola hovorov (systémová rola „aplikácia na identifikáciu volajúcich a spamu“) – bez nej aplikácia nemôže hovory odmietať.
• Kontakty – aby vedela rozlíšiť známe a neznáme čísla.
• Odosielanie SMS – výhradne pre funkciu automatickej odpovede, ktorá je predvolene vypnutá. Aplikácia SMS nečíta. Na rovnaké číslo pošle najviac jednu SMS za hodinu.
• Upozornenia – aby vám mohla oznámiť zablokovaný hovor.

Aplikácia nemá oprávnenie na prístup k internetu, a preto technicky nemôže žiadne údaje odoslať.

4. Čo nerobíme

• Nezbierame, neukladáme ani nespracúvame vaše osobné údaje na žiadnom serveri.
• Nezdieľame ani nepredávame údaje tretím stranám.
• Nepoužívame reklamy, analytické ani sledovacie nástroje.
• Nevyžadujeme registráciu ani používateľský účet.

5. Údaje o tretích osobách

Čísla a mená volajúcich sú osobné údaje iných ľudí. Aplikácia ich spracúva iba vo vašom telefóne a len na účel, ktorý ste si sami zvolili (ochrana pred nežiaducimi hovormi). Ak zapnete automatickú SMS, volajúci dostane od vás text, ktorý ste napísali.

6. Uchovávanie a vymazanie

Históriu blokovaní vymažete v aplikácii tlačidlom Vymazať. Čísla zo zoznamov odstránite ikonou koša. Odinštalovaním aplikácie sa zmažú všetky jej údaje. Keďže my k údajom nemáme prístup, nemôžeme ich ani obnoviť.

7. Google Play

Pri stiahnutí aplikácie z Google Play spracúva údaje o inštalácii spoločnosť Google podľa vlastných zásad ochrany súkromia. My od Googlu dostávame len súhrnné štatistiky (napr. počet inštalácií), nie údaje o konkrétnych používateľoch.

8. Vaše práva

Podľa nariadenia GDPR máte právo na prístup, opravu a vymazanie osobných údajov. Keďže aplikácia vaše údaje k nám neposiela, všetky tieto práva uplatníte priamo v telefóne. S otázkami sa môžete obrátiť na info@ckdaka.sk. Máte tiež právo podať sťažnosť na Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR.

9. Deti

Aplikácia nie je určená deťom mladším ako 16 rokov.

10. Zmeny týchto zásad

Ak sa spôsob práce s údajmi zmení, aktualizujeme túto stránku a dátum platnosti. Podstatné zmeny oznámime aj v popise aplikácie v Google Play.

Privacy policy

Effective 7 November 2026 · CallGuard app for Android

In short: CallGuard has no internet access. All data it works with stays on your phone. The publisher cannot access it and nothing is sent anywhere.

1. Who publishes the app

CallGuard is operated by DAKA Rental s. r. o., Cintorínska 333/1, 900 43 Hamuliakovo, Slovakia, Company ID 54 130 549 ("we"). The app was created by Cestovná kancelária DAKA. Company details are in the Operator section. Privacy contact: info@ckdaka.sk.

2. Data the app uses

3. Permissions and why they are requested

• Call screening (the system "caller ID & spam app" role) – without it the app cannot reject calls.
• Contacts – to tell known and unknown numbers apart.
• Send SMS – solely for the automatic reply feature, which is off by default. The app does not read SMS messages. It sends at most one SMS per number per hour.
• Notifications – to tell you about a blocked call.

The app does not have the internet permission, so it is technically unable to send any data.

4. What we do not do

• We do not collect, store or process your personal data on any server.
• We do not share or sell data to third parties.
• We do not use ads, analytics or tracking tools.
• No registration or user account is required.

5. Data about other people

Callers' numbers and names are other people's personal data. The app processes them only on your phone and only for the purpose you chose (protection from unwanted calls). If you turn on the automatic SMS, the caller receives the text you wrote.

6. Retention and deletion

Clear the blocking history in the app with the Clear button. Remove numbers from the lists with the bin icon. Uninstalling the app deletes all of its data. Because we have no access to the data, we cannot recover it either.

7. Google Play

When you download the app from Google Play, Google processes installation data under its own privacy policy. We receive only aggregated statistics from Google (such as the number of installs), not data about individual users.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase personal data. Since the app does not send your data to us, you exercise all of these rights directly on your phone. Questions: info@ckdaka.sk. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic or the authority in your country.

9. Children

The app is not intended for children under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

If the way the app handles data changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Significant changes will also be announced in the app's Google Play listing.
